** Integrate with any email delivery services like SparkPost, MailGun, Amazon SES, SendGrid, ElasticEmail, MailJet, etc. of your choice to send your emails. 

Email delivery service providers impose the limit on sending emails and email sending speed. You can even speed this up by requesting extended access after having a good email sending reputation.

You will have to pay for the email delivery service charges separately apart from the CostperEmail Package Charges. At the end of each month, your email delivery server account will be billed you based the number of emails you sent during that month.

By signing up and connecting an email delivery server account, you’re agreeing to be billed via that account for your email sending usage.

You can stop your CostperEmail account at any time to stop all email campaigns and avoid being billed for future usage.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a way to try CostperEmail packages before I Pay?

Yes! You can signup a free account with us and use it for 7 days, You will only have to pay for the emails which you will be sent through email delivery servers of yours.

Although many email service provider offers trail account too or some free email credits per day, so you can utilize those for sending emails.

What is a contact/subscriber?

A contact/subscriber is a single person you have recorded in your account. Think of 1 email address being 1 subscriber.

How many contact/subscriber we can add?

There is no limit in the number of subscribers in any CostperEmail Package unlike to other providers, but you have to follow can spam act guidelines while emails.

What will happen when the more number of emails per month will require above my package limit?

Before you will reach the limits of your maximum subscriber plan; you will get the notification to upgrade your plan to the next subscription package.

Can I upgrade/downgrade CostperEmail Package later?

Yes absolutely! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan according to your business convince.

Is it easy to set up?

Yes! It is quite easy.

We walk you through every step of the process and on average, our users start sending their first campaign in under 5 minutes.

How bounce and complaint reports are handled?

As soon as you add/integration of third-party email service provider into your CostperEmail account, bounce and complaint APIs are added automatically into your ESP account.

After you receive any bounce and complaint reports, that email will get marked accordingly into your email suppression list.

What payment methods do you accept?

Overseas Clients (outside India): We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, Diners Club International or JCB.

Indian Clients: Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, Bank Transfer Physical Cheques Mailed to our office address.

Do you store my credit card information?

No! We do not store any of your credit/debit card information; we except the payment via payment processor (2Checkout).

2Checkout is a very famous and well-known payment processor in the world and your information will be in the safe with them.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel at any time.
